Meridian75 Partners Meet in Miami to Advance the Fund's Next Phase

The four partners of Meridian75 recently came together in Miami, marking an important milestone as the team continues to shape the fund's next stage of growth. Although the partnership operates across Lima, Bogotá, Medellín, and Miami, this in-person meeting provided a valuable opportunity to align on strategy, ongoing initiatives, and upcoming investment activities.

Meridian75 was founded with the ambition of backing exceptional Latin American founders and helping them build globally relevant companies. With a focus on sectors such as education, fintech, and the future of work, the fund combines deep investment expertise with hands-on support to help entrepreneurs create enduring businesses and lasting impact.

The meeting also underscored the complementary strengths of the partnership:

  • Jose Garcia Herz, Managing General Partner, is a venture capital and private equity fund manager with more than US$120 million in assets under management and an extensive background in investment banking.
  • Gregorio Londoño, General Partner, has completed more than 35 angel investments and achieved three successful exits, bringing significant experience across venture capital and investment networks.
  • Santiago Rojas Montoya, General Partner, is a four-time technology founder, investor, and startup accelerator leader with a strong focus on early-stage company growth.
  • Roberto E. Ponce Romay, Partner, brings more than 30 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and strategic consulting, having advised on transactions totaling several billion dollars.

Bringing together diverse backgrounds and decades of collective experience, the Meridian75 partners share a common vision: supporting the next generation of high-impact entrepreneurs across Latin America and helping them scale beyond the region.
